Communication and Feedback

We do pride ourselves on communication and each time a parent enters KidZ, they are always greeted by our dedicated administration team as we feel its good practice to have a supervisor to communicate with.

Further more, in order for us to offer you the best possible service we feel it is vital to keep you informed of new developments that occur regularly.

We have therefore developed several ways of maintaining contact with parents:

  • Notice board - For your daily attention where items of interest will be displayed along with activities and menus.
  • Monthly Newsletters - We ask you to take the time to read our newsletters as they are used to highlight important information and changes and give you an idea of what your child will be learning during the month.
  • School Diaries - At the beginning of their KidZ life, children are given a little diary. This school diary is the major source of contact between home and school. If a parent needs to alert staff about anything, or wants to make an appointment to see a staff member, this diary should be used. Our staff check these diaries every day and respond to any notes. Staff also use the diaries to communicate with parents and prepare them for the following week’s activities. Parents are asked to initial or sign each entry, to confirm that they’ve read their child’s diary.
  • Verbally and through a diary system - In order to keep up to speed regarding current interests and activities of your child outside of nursery.
  • Parent – Teacher Meetings - There are a number of opportunities for parents to discuss their child’s progress. At the end of Term 1 ad Term 2, parents are invited to attend individual Parent/Teacher Meetings. Also, at the end of the Term, parents receive a written progress report.
  • Instagram Account: Parents can follow us on our instagram account: kidZ_ to check their children's latest activities as teachers post their students' photos occasionally.
